Q: What is the delivery cycle of the equipment?
A: 14 working days.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for the equipment?
A: The minimum order quantity for the standard equipment is 1 unit.
Q: What does the quotation include? What is the payment method?
A: The quotation includes the equipment main body + basic accessories; “50% deposit + 50% balance (before shipment)”. Overseas customers are supported by international payment methods such as T/T and L/C.
Q: What is the transportation method for the equipment? Who bears the freight?
A: Sea freight / air freight; the quotation does not include freight, which is borne by the customer (we can assist in booking international logistics).
Category 2: Installation and Maintenance
Q: Do I need to install the equipment myself?
A: The main body of the equipment is assembled when it leaves the factory. For some devices, the light box or seats need to be installed by yourself. We will provide video installation tutorials.
Q: What is the warranty period of the equipment?
A: The machine is packed in a wooden frame when leaving the factory. It has undergone strict quality inspection before leaving the factory and comes with spare parts for easy replacement. The warranty period is one year.
Q: How to handle faults in the future?
A: For future faults, you can contact the after-sales team (7×12 hours response), and we support remote guidance.
